At Badali Jewelry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your handcrafted pieces. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer returns and exchanges on non-custom items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the jewelry in its original designer packaging, including all certificates of authenticity and promotional inserts.
Label and Ship
Afford the return shipping via a trackable method and clearly mark your Return Authorization number on the outside of the parcel.
Inspection and Refund
Once our artisans inspect the item for original condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
